An organizational meeting of the Board of Trustees of North Carolina Cooperative Liquid Assets Securities System (North Carolina CLASS) will convene on March 13, 2023, at 3:00 pm at the offices of McGuireWoods, LLP located at 501 Fayetteville St. #500, Raleigh, North Carolina 27601. 

The meeting is open to the public.
