Daniel Klus
Senior Director, Investment Services

Dan is a Senior Director of Investment Services for North Carolina CLASS where he is responsible for the growth and marketing of the investment program, client relationships, and Board partnership. He also participates in conferences and educational events across North Carolina for many local government organizations.
Prior to joining Public Trust, he most recently served as a Senior Vice President for PMA Asset Management where he focused on creating and providing investment advisory services to public entities. Dan also previously worked for ClearArc Capital as a Regional Director of Business Development and RBC Global Asset Management as a Vice President on the Public Fund Services team. He is an active member of the North Carolina Government Finance Officers Association (NCGFOA), NC Local Government Investment Association (NCLGIA), NC City and County Management Association (NCCCMA), NC Local Government Budget Association (NCLGBA) and the South Carolina Government Finance Officers Association (SCGFOA).
Dan received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management from Xavier University.
Justin Wycoff
Director, Investment Services

Justin is a Director of Investment Services for North Carolina CLASS and is responsible for strengthening and preserving current client relationships, cultivating new relationships, and participating in conferences across the state for local government organizations.
Prior to joining North Carolina CLASS, Justin served as an institutional consultant for Fifth Third Bank where he consulted with for-profit and not-for-profit organizations to develop customized solutions focused on investment management, retirement plans, and custodial needs. He has also worked at Deloitte in the Audit and Enterprise Risk Services department.
Mr. Wycoff earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Citadel. He is currently a steering committee member for Veterans on Wall Street (VOWS). He is an active member of the North Carolina Government Finance Officers Association (NCGFOA), NC Local Government Investment Association (NCLGIA), NC City and County Management Association (NCCCMA), NC Local Government Budget Association (NCLGBA) and the South Carolina Government Finance Officers Association (SCGFOA).
