North Carolina CLASS Welcomes Justin Wycoff as Director of Investment Services

Raleigh, North Carolina, January 31, 2024 – North Carolina CLASS is pleased to announce the appointment of Justin Wycoff as the new Director of Investment Services. In this key role, Mr. Wycoff will be instrumental in fortifying and sustaining existing client relationships, fostering new connections, and actively engaging in conferences throughout the state to support local government organizations. 

With an impressive background in financial services, Justin Wycoff brings a wealth of experience to North Carolina CLASS. Prior to joining the team, he served as an institutional consultant at Fifth Third Bank, where he worked closely with both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. In this capacity, Mr. Wycoff specialized in developing tailored solutions encompassing investment management, retirement plans, and custodial needs. His commitment to delivering strategic financial guidance has made him a trusted advisor to a diverse range of clients. 

Before his tenure at Fifth Third Bank, Mr. Wycoff honed his skills at Deloitte in the Audit and Enterprise Risk Services department, where he gained valuable insights into financial auditing and risk management. His well-rounded experience equips him to navigate the complex landscape of investment services and contribute meaningfully to the North Carolina CLASS mission. 

Justin Wycoff is a proud alumnus of The Citadel, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. His dedication to supporting the community extends beyond his professional commitments, as evidenced by his current role as a steering committee member for Veterans on Wall Street (VOWS). This involvement underscores his passion for giving back and supporting initiatives that make a positive impact on society.
